who does the notarization a lawyer or we can do this shyt ?

You can get it notarized at your local UPS Store. You can google transfer of car ownership documents to get a format to how to set up the contract. Once you have a contract go to the UPS store and you both will sign it in front of a notary. Make sure that he has a title to the vehicle and that it is in his name (very important).

Get it from an auction if you have someone who can get you in. You can get really good cars for dirt cheap.
U can’t even turn the car on or test drive it.

It’s a huge gamble.

Most of those cars are salvage titles.

Yeah, most people or dealerships will let you take the vehicle to a mechanic to check out. Did that for 2 vehicles. They won't necessarily find *everything*, but they'll give you a ballpark of what you really need to fix. I got a really good deal on an old SUV that made a real loud noise (probably scared off other buyers) and it turned out it was just a belt pulley; cheap fix.

I wouldn't spend over 2.5k on a beater.

Stick with Japanese (no Mitsubishis) and you'll be fine.

Everybody is right about getting a mechanic to check it out, but let that mechanic know that you won't have him do any work.(conflict of interest).

Honestly. Go to Carmax. It's the best place for no pressure sales and warranties. You'll pay about 8% more on KBB, but it might be worth it for the quality they carry.

I used to sell new & used cars. Buying used saves you a lot of money, especially if you buy after October when the next year models are out.
New cars depreciate as soon as you drive them off of the dealership lot.
