Yes…the worst pain I’ve ever been in. I was at work so thankfully all my rehab and surgery was covered by workers comp

I was doped up on oxy for a week cuz the pain was so bad

This is the thread for me
I got a herniated disc in 2020 and somewhat healed over the years but threw it out again last week when picking up something. Had to take a week sick leave from work

Nah but I almost messed myself up doing deadlifts. Tried to jump straight in to 300 pounds no warm up or stretching and had never done the exercise. Stupidity at its finest. I swear listening to music having a good day and bad bytches will have you doing some dumb shyt in the gym sometimes.
