Typical east coast biased answer. The only artist makin grimey music on the east at that time was DMX. U act like the west coast as a whole forgot how to make good music.

Both coast lost. The east coast is wack now. The best east coast rapper, Nas, don't even live there like that. The only place that wacker than the east coast now is the west coast. You know why?
