Do you feel it's more effective to stay up and grind or wake up early and grind?

I heard it on a Joe Rogan podcast, one of his guest was quoting a NASCAR drive who got into an accident and lost his legs. I don't remember the entire quote but the whole thing is if you're tired, give it five seconds and keep allowing yourself another five seconds til you get what needs to be done.

this might seem trivial, but one thing I noticed that made a pretty big difference for me was reading a positive news story or article every morning. Like Ye' said, "ain't nothin on the news but the blues", and that shyt is really true...all the negative shyt sells and yes, even reading the Coli sometimes, I gotta step back and take a break at times

reading even one positive news story/article every morning lifts my positive attitude every morning, and that puts me in a much better position to achieve success

Treat yourself for working hard.

Maybe go see a movie, treat yourself to a dinner, go for a walk, take a class etc.

Be sociable within your own set limits.
That's a good idea. With Bills and having responsibilities you tend to forget to treattm yourself

Obtain an uncommon skill and you can pretty much set your own hours do whatever the fukk you want (almost)

When you are capable and people know it they will let a lot of shyt slide because they are reliant on you

The majority of people I work with (at least 50%) aren't even that diligent or smart. In certain industries it doesn't take much to separate from the pack.

Go to work, to work. Not to make friendships, or get p*ssy. Get involved with the actual company besides what your specific job is. Learn everything you can. Go above and beyond. Do extra. Once you learn as much as you can and you see no upward movement, move on. Use that company like they use you. And remember this, tell nobody about your plans. Move in silence. There will be roadblocks, setbacks, bumps and bruises. Keep pushing.

I disagree with this part but agree with what you mean by it. Networking is important in the professional world.
