Gyms are lazy as fukk man and they're cheap as fukk. I don't think they'll implement these things unless it's some brand-new expensive ass gym. I know LA fitness isn't gonna put these jawns in their weightrooms

I almost wanna agree with you but I'm stubborn as fukk and wouldn't have the balls to quit and switch for that reason alone. Being a stubborn, prideful anti-social retard, I hate asking for spots and it's honestly one of the main reasons my bench probably lags behind. I would probably be more willing to try bench without spots if I had this thing.

Usually I just dump the weights or bench in a rack or something, but now I mostly just do weighted dips
