It doesn’t matter what we have.. many married men have some sort of assets ie a home, vehicles, investments, savings etc.. get married get divorced and you gonna have to come up off a lot of that.
Imagine maxing out your 401k, Roth IRA, etc in preparation for retirement and your wife takes half or all of it? 20 years of work down the drain.
Plus you can only see your kids on the weekends or every other weekend. You can sign up for that shyt if you want
Why do I have to hire an attorney and spend tens of thousands of dollars to lose shyt I worked hard for and to see my kids???

We’ll covid happened lol.
We didn’t get the house we bid on.
We aren’t married
But we moved into a new house, in a location we weren’t originally looking at, and she’s 17 weeks pregnant.
Were still looking to try and do a small ceremony somewhere but her family can’t come over from Japan yet.
We’re almost broke due to house deposits (10% minimum in the UK), little bit of house renovations, car and on coming baby …we still engaged maybe until next year when she starts working after maternity leave.
