Regular masks are minimally effective but they do still lower the risk of catching COVID, though marginally. N95 masks are more effective than regular masks but it’s still possible to catch it with one on.

There ARE from getting infected.

We also know that those who've been infected AND been vaccinated have a longer, more potent immunity than vaccination alone, but it will still wane over time.
