Squats work the entire lower body, specifically the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves.
Lifting weights with no cardio makes no sense and leads to a weirdly-shaped body. We'll just agree to disagree, because Coco is not what I'd consider toned.
You don't understand how working out with weights go. When you lift a heavy weight, most of it will go towards your fast twitch muscle, and this is what gives you a big ass, and big thighs(mostly the front, and sides), which is why black/latin women have big asses, they have more fast twitch muscles then other races. When you lift light weights, most of the strength is coming from your slow twitch muscles which burn fats, and give a small ass. Slow twitch are best exercised with cardio, as they help give you endurance.
Diet plays a part also because NOTHING will grow or become stronger if you don't feed each muscles what it needs. Fast twitch needs carbohydrates, slow twitch needs fats.
Anyway, more power to you, but when I see an ass on a body like coco has, the first thing I think is tight coochie, and she can clamp down on me if you know what I mean.
I don't have to worry about tiring her out.
