:yeshrug: The planet and the people in it have had to deal with white male aggression for hundreds of years. .....

women need to worry about men in general (not just white men) because we live in a demonic society. Most chicks will either be raped or assaulted as youth - and they should be careful.

I know in my old hood... nearly every chick was either raped or fondled by a fam member or old nikka, by the time they were 17. shyts normal, its not just white men. White men are just more pathetic with it.

I don't know if "Sexual Aggression" is afforded to white men.
What I do know is that the Elliot Rodgers situation is more complex
than the guy simply not receiving sex from women.
He was not simply a misogynist, he was clearly a sociopath.
Someone who hated any and everyone, his desire to murder
didn't just stop at women, I mean the guy even fantasized about
killing his own little brother. He was clearly "off" and any attempt
to associate his emotions with that of the normal male populace
white or otherwise is a bit disingenuous.

I think the tweet above is a perfect example of this.
Just reading it, it's ridiculous :ld:
:lupe: Hire a handyman yet fear he'll rape you ? :pachaha:

bytch wants to be raped/sexed but doesn't know it. if all she wanted was to fix her door she could've loaded up youtube.

that's absurdly incorrect. What if she didn't have time to do it herself? Or perhaps can't lift a door by herself. Or has no handy skills whatsoever. YouTube is not the tutorial end all be all. That would be like telling her to watch Iron Chef to learn how to cook.

@Insensitive better safe than sorry. If the chick assumed the dude was a rapist she would have taken action. She was just planning ahead for in case he did turn out to be one. U cant blame women for being defensive when they are vulnerable and then acknowledge the realities of shyt like man on woman sexual assault.
I'm not blaming women for being defensive, my only issue only comes with the stereotyping and the negativity that comes from certain groups.
The "Man hating" rhetoric is there and can definitely morph from something rather benign
into paranoia and an unhealthy disgust/distrust of/for men.

Nah I think society at large definitely conditions women to react a certain way in regards to sexual assault. One of the biggest myths that's been built up is this idea that rape only happens in a dark alley done by some man you don't know. It's false, of course, since in most cases the rapist is someone the person knows. Stuff like the almost paranoid attitude towards rape is to me just a logical result of the way people in general are conditioned. America is a very paranoid society. We just aren't willing to admit it's paranoia. However, when the topic is sexual assault that unwillingness goes away pretty quickly.

Additionally I can't just blame it on women's attitudes towards sexual assault because men's attitudes also play into this. It's this intersubjective sort of beliefs that eventually dehumanizes everyone.

I definitely don't disagree with that, I feel society conditions women (and really everyone...)
to act a certain way. All I was stating is that the generally accepted beliefs about rape in
certain circles may play into how a woman interacts with the opposite sex. Phrases and words like
"Rape" and "Rape Culture" have quite a lot of significance in Feminism. Many feminists believe that
rape occurs at an astonishingly high rate and that most people are indifferent to it and/or encourage it,
hence the coining of the phrase "Rape Culture".
This is how you get ridiculous tweets where women think they're being judged for wearing
"shorts" and that men in general would be indifferent if they were to be sexually assaulted.
(I literally quoted a tweet that said this in my last post !)

Just to clarify, I'm not doubting that misogyny exists, neither am I doubting there are
those who are passive to rape or unwanted sexual attention of any kind.
I can agree with the bolded, sure. But history and numbers show that many men shouldn't be afforded the benefit of the doubt. But in the same breath there should be SOME sort of credit for the VAST majority of men who aren't rapists/gropers/flashers ect.

The last part didn't it was just my two Lincolns.
In the same token I feel "History and numbers" can allow people to feel comfortable in their bias and okay with their own ignorance. I can understand being afraid of rape or sexual assault but fearing being around men simply because they're men is a step beyond that and borders on the ridiculous.

At least you agree with me on the second half, there are many good men but for whatever
reason this isn't acknowledged and instead you get shyt like this :

If you think that sort of stereotyping is bullshyt, how do you treat a snake you come across in the wild?

…You treat it like a snake, right? Well, that’s not stereotyping, that’s acknowledging an animal for what it’s capable of doing and the harm it can inflict. Simple rules of the jungle, man. Since you are a man, women must treat you as such.

I just...:mindblown:
