I’m not saying I disagree. Lupita is pretty but I wouldn’t say she’s as pretty as Amara la Negra, Kelly Rowland, Coco Jones, Kenya Moore, Naomi Campbell or other dark skinned women with universal appeal. Kerry Washington is prettier to me as well.


The thing is there are ppl in our community who will shyt on a girl because they just don’t find dark skin attractive, or you literally have to be born with an undeniable, flawless face like Kenya Moore or Amara la Negra for ppl to say you’re pretty.

Lupita doesn’t have to be the prettiest. She’s pretty and that’s fine. Her other qualities are what make her special.

And THAT chick is not even prettier than Lupita to me. I felt like she is overhyped lookswise just because she’s more latina “exotic” with dark skin and thicker


Not saying I don’t like that either, just saying by looks alone I would probably still choose a HEALTHY looking Lupita.

And btw, most actresses are not models or IG models.

Some might dabble in between, but unless it is sexual typecasting roles that they take, most of those women are ordinary looking people.

I was on a couple tv shows and saw it in person.. even talked about it. They definitely can stand out in the face department, but a lot of actual actresses look just like you and me without the extra shyt….
