the secret service is nothing more than a Federal police department. They have no authority to back up a demand to see lyrics and no ability to stop someones album from being streamed on spotify or wherever. this is stupid

They can't go physically and do it but they can have the federal government put pressure on the record label/distribution/itunes for selling a product which is trying to incite violence about a Presidential candidate from the Republican Party.
They arrest people for making threats on social media so it is within reason that they could get the song pulled @The HONORABLE SKJ
