No it isn't, I wish people would stop saying this. They're two different words. You can find "nikka" offensive but it doesn't carry the same weight as the hard "er"

Not coming at you, but why/how are they different words? Where in history did the "a" and "er" definition differentiate?

Different race says "a" = we all flip out :hula: Different race says "er" = we all flip out

Seems like the same weight to me.

Why is the "a" ok? Past it being a different context that I always hear people say

It's really not the same, but I do agree with your last sentence

Yeah, I get it but how can we get mad at white people/other races using the “N!gga" when black people as community call each other the "N!gga”?

I know the English language is stupid but words are constantly evolving and creating new meaning.

if you don't understand the difference between nikka and ****** then chances are you don't understand much about the nuances and creativity of your own people

:mjlol:and there's accounts of black people referring to each other as nikka since the 40's-50's, especially if you ever read any plays written by and performed by black folk

That's why I say we gotta stop using it ourselves.

I was overseas and I hear European and Asian chicks just throwing the "a" form around like it's cool. I had to :whoa: "watch your mouth that shyt ain't cool" those chicks.

And ALL of them say the same thing: "well (insert black dude they fukking) said it's cool if I call him that :snoop:

Now young black boys out here dont feel anything with the word anymore, joking around and trying to be "edgy" :francis:

Dunno man maybe its cause i live in the burbs, hopefully its not like this everywhere :snoop:

I know the definitions. I'm also aware of folks in the 40's and 50's using it.

I simply asked where was the origin of the separate definitions.

You apparently don't have the answer. Which is ok. I'll just look elsewhere
