Hmm, you know what I have never really delved in Sushi like that. Is there a comprehensive sushi for dummies guide or something?

If you're an absolute newbie....California roll is your best bet. It's pretty much THE beginners roll.

Order that a couple of times, than maybe start taking one or two out for something different on occasion (I'd recommend eel roll). Eventually you'll figure out what you do and do not have a taste for.

I had a spot I go to when I visit mom's house. They sushi is the bidness. Definitely fresh and they had Japanese dudes making it. Completely changed my mind on sushi. OP go somewhere where they are constantly making it fresh and then try it and see.

i have a big germ phobia, it's not the flavors of sushi or the fact that some of the shyt is raw

look at howthey dig their nails and fingers all in the rice and other shyt
