Their Star witness Carlos Ortiz won't be used because he has no credibility at all. (Ortiz previously said he was asleep in the car when he heard gunshots, after which Hernandez and Ernest Wallace returned to the car. He now says Hernandez was alone with Lloyd outside the vehicle.)
It really wouldn't surprise me if this guy Ortiz was the trigger man and Hernandez never snitched on him when he witnessed what he did in the car that night.
3. Now they are reaching, hoping and praying for prison conversations with his Fiance, and female cousin where Hernandez self snitches on himself. The are now claiming he was using 'coded messages' to discuss the Odin Lloyd murder from prison.

Now this guy right here, Alexander Bradley,was the guy who would testify that Hernandez shot him in the eye way back when in Florida. (he even filed a lawsuit against Hernandez) Why is he important, well he could demonstrate that Hernandez has a reputation for Violence.
Good witness Right? Right?
Well the only problem is that last Sunday Night, he was shot three times Sunday outside of Vevo Lounge in the South End. Police say he responded by retrieving a gun from his car and firing at the door and windows of the bar, causing patrons inside to dive for cover.
He was arrested in Southington late Tuesday night. He is charged with first-degree assault, criminal use of a firearm, reckless endangerment and carrying a pistol without a permit facing charges for allegedly shooting Alexander Bradley, an associate of Aaron Hernandez, outside a nightclub on Sunday.
