Moving away from scientific biological terms allows for more fluidity in the socially constructed gender spectrum. What it means to be a woman vs. female and man vs male is being challenged .

I'm not saying I cosign this, but I think this is the deeper logic in this situation.

If it's not you saying this, great but you're being disingenuous, like I said in another thread if someone referred to your mom or sister as a female outside of a clinical perspective and in a certain tone you wouldn't be 100% ok with it.
