IDK breh...I hear you...but I know 2 many people who grew up in the heart and have no knowledge of self; self hatred 2 a degree; and are just fukkin weirdos point blank. I don't think where you grow up matters THAT much.
I agree with you there, that it can extend to anywhere where there’s black people, and where you grow up doesn’t always determine how you turn out. Environment may not be the end all be all so long as, once again, you have a solid foundation, but it still plays a vital role in shaping a young adult and their overall worldview. But this specific type of perfomative c00ning where you team up with goofy white nerds and shyt on other black people for everyone to see and hear, that minstrel act is something I’ve only seen white washed suburban blacks do. These are typically black people who have mostly white friends and wanna be accepted. They don’t get around large quantities of black people (and no, I do not count family members) til college or getting into the workforce, you know, the real world their c00n parents shielded them from while making them attend white churches growing up with those racist ass evangelists, and now they’re not the only black person anymore, and the other white people around them who don’t know who they are will automatically group them with the rest of us. This is why these types go full blown pro black all of a sudden after c00ning their entire adolescence away, cause they finally got that delayed wake up call. Now they gotta play catch up. A lot of “Is This You” Twitter exposé’s come from this stock. Again, seen it my entire life. Literally can’t even count on just one hand how many black kids my age I knew like this, not to mention the younger generation who I come across from time to time in my area, nothing new or surprising to me at this point.
