I’ve always had this thought in my head that if The Coli was a city:

The Booth - The main hood but got a generally strong sense of community though that can get tested at times. Can be welcoming if one knows how to carry themselves. Best barbershops in the whole city.

JBO - The Red Light District with an underground black market that may or may not have discreet ties to the porn industry.

The Bushes - This big sketchy ass area that’s a mixture of hood, red light district, and a hotspot for vagrancy, homelessness, and the disenfranchised. shyt can get so wild out there that most cops (mods) prefer to steer clear of the place as far as they can.

TLR - Downtown/Midtown/adjacent neighborhoods with a mixture of working class and upper income that tend to be cool but tensions between residents aren’t exactly unheard of. Got arguably the best nightlife in Coli City. Noticeable gentrification in a lot of pockets tho…Not as Black as it was 5-6 years ago :mjpls: Also, a high concentration of dog owners in this part of Coli City in addition to a high population of stray cats.

The Arcadium - A wealthy suburb with intelligent but weird ass residents with a high tech corridor dotted with hella big tech companies and office parks dedicated to IT, video gaming, digital graphic design/illustration, and software programming. Got a designated “arts district” area to lure in would-be gentrifiers.

The Film Room - The OG arts district of Coli City. Arts students, professional/by-trade artists, film aficionados, and the Black Hollywood crowd.

The Show Room - The best section of Coli City to bring out your inner stunna. The ritzy high class end where you chase your material dreams and see how far they can get you before hitting that wall going 110 in that new Ferrari you just copped.

How you did this for The Coli but leave out The Coliseum :dwillhuh:

Long as the Bushes not being abused. As in nikkas getting sent there for something that's not a violation.

I see too many threads and comments removed due to personal preference. On some "I don't like your thread" type shyt.

:stopitslime: bytch I don't post for any mods personal enjoyment! If the thread not for you just Kim. If it isn't breaking any rules.

All these dikkindabooty ass threads and just because someone or a mod is uncomfortable with the truth they bush you or the thread.

Is this forum ran by the inmates, or is there a warden?

But yeah if I'm sent to Guatenemo Bay I'm deuces. Be damn if I sit in there talking to myself.

How you did this for The Coli but leave out The Coliseum :dwillhuh:

I was tired lmao :russ: I realized I left out The Root, HL, TSC, and 6Figs6Certs.

The Coliseum - Premier state-of-the-art sports facility multi-complex near the waterfront and an abundance of lofts due to the area’s industrial past. Only place in the whole world you’ll find brehs duke it out in the ring with a damn bear or kangaroo :lolbron: PETA don’t got no voice around these parts lmao

The Root - An incredibly beautiful neighborhood with very strong Black history and a socially active community that’s home to many different Black cultures such as ADOS, Caribbean, African, South American, and South Pacific. You can tell it’s a significant intelligentsia and arts scene out here due to the abundance of street art, murals, bookstores, public plazas, some intimate parks, hookah/cigar lounges, coffee shops, poetry clubs, metaphysical shops, comedy clubs, alternative music venues, record vinyl shops, and some of the best restaurants offering cuisines from across the Diaspora. Many residents are as diverse in their political views as their religious/spiritual practices.

Higher Learning - Somewhat similar to The Root neighborhood but a lot more mainstream and boujee. Home to Coli City’s educational and political elite. Fairly upscale neighborhood in contrast to The Root with civic buildings, some federal offices, art galleries, and museums nearby as well as the Coli City’s main library. It’s also the location of three HBCUs.

TSC - The primary entertainment district that links both The Coliseum and The Locker Room neighborhoods together. It’s also one of the main public transit hubs in Coli City and is home to all types of random fukkery during rush hour and after a game lets out.

6 Figs 6 Certs - Penthouses, brownstones, and luxury new construction condos on one end, big ass mansions secluded by trees and gardens on the other end. Home to Coli City’s big name ballers, Jetset elite, celebrities, socialites, and media moguls. Only thing keeping them from being easy licks when traveling throughout Coli City is their willingness to spit some knowledgeable game and their Secret Service-ass security detail

Something that lives rent free in my head is when I first started posting and randomly came across different subs on the coli, I found the rafter and then bushes and I just clicked on a thread and the only thing I remembered is Nap making a thread in there and some guy responded with

200.gif
NAP!!

They got you too huh?

Man idk why I just started busting out laughing :mjlol:

One of the all time classic coli replies. When I saw that I laughed till I cried.
