It's also worded so to "hint" that gamepass could be on other consoles, or devices.

So saying it's a xbox and or pc exclusive limits that.

Phil is really careful and smart with his words.

If Sony or nintendo wanted to let gamepass be on playstation you could see "xbox" aka gamepass exclusives on playstation or nintendo systems

But since it's xbox, people got a thesis on what's best for the system.


Xbox and pc aka gamepass are getting exclusives.


However if there are multiplayer games that have prior obligations or of cross play and platform makes more sense they'll do that.



It's really not that hard, but for the most part expect 90 percent of the games to be exclusives.
