Penthouse, but be wary of who you let in your place.
Single with no kids? Last thing I’d wanna do is upkeep a house.
give me the house, I dont need to be near the action these days
House. I hate condos with a passion, plus no matter how dope the space, living on top of other people makes me feel like it's not truly my own.
I used to fantasize about living in a Downtown high rise but after being in two separate apartment fires I've put a premium on being able to evacuate quickly.
Penthouse easily l
Don't want to be up in the sky like that and I don't want to maintain a yard or live close to anyone.
1.7k SQ ft Loft
I don’t think they know the cons of owning the house as a single man. Maintenance and upkeep would be a full time job itself. Penthouse if you have a issue one call it’s taken care of.
Its not just about the "hoes", its about actual...life lol a higher abundance of things to actually do and see, and not being surrounded by virtually nothing, and different types of people rather than the same type of people.
If you interpret that as "hell", crack heads etc. and see no value in it. then yes...you probably like having a little bubble of environment you control and the city is actually too much for you.
And yes, there is a higher variety of single hoes, who don't live with their parents, or lowkey have a husband lol suburbia is filled with those two primarily
biggest fear in regards to living in a building
Penthouse! Unless I get dope property that rises above treeline.
I like majestic views and watching sunrise, seeing the moon walk cross the ciel.and looking into the horizon..so its penthouse for me
Views from my morning sunrises
…or maybe they do and have/had fathers…wtf?
it’s literally not.
but some of you the type who need a nap after making groceries lol
House...I can't imagine coming home and having to take an elevator to get in my place plus carrying groceries would get annoying
Yes it is, if I wanted to live in the hood or a college dorm again, I would, but I'm not....
People blowing trees tend to be low lifes anyway...
