"ja is 23 he aint 3"

and even if he was 3, there's a lot of intervening factors that had to be involved for them to be influenced by a rap song....namely the parents which a lot of people that don't use their brain refuse to acknowledge. just in the other patt504 thread about this, people were posting a little kid rapping in a car seat and goofies said "rap influence".... as if the kid just magically appear in the car by himself, changed the bluetooth to that specific song again and again until he knew the words :skip:

meanwhile my 3 year old niece is singing twinkle twinkle little star 🥰:yeshrug:

White folks have been the largest consumers of rap music since the late 90s, yet somehow it doesnt affect them, only black folks? Dont let the Thomas Sowell stans hear such logic.
Yes ngga, yes that is exactly what we are saying. :mjtf:

White people don't have the same proximity to the conditions of rap as many black people do

And before you invoke "there are more poor white people than black" this is true, but white people were never trained to hate and envy each other to the degree that black people have

I agree. A lot of of folks in our community have a problem with accountability. Grown adults want to be treated as children and have no responsibility. It's ridiculous.

Ja Morant is a grown ass man with a daughter. The "blame rap music" excuse is invalid after you reach the age of 10 imo. If you making bonehead decisions, that's on you. You know right from wrong at that point.

I really hate this “the white man made us act like this” nonsense. There are too many of us who are enticed by a lifestyle full of violence, sex, and non productive behavior. We can create entire movements, get people fired and cancelled, but can’t demand these labels put out less violent music. We don’t have standards anymore. Nobody is going hold our hand, and tell us how to live productive lives.
