Lol what. The best way to grow spiritually is be close with your family friends. Be truthful. Don't lie to yourself or others. Don't steal things be it material things or time. Dont judge other peoples lives. There's nothing more spiritual than family or friends.

I believe that to be an aspect of it. But, like I alluded to, I am learning and growing.

As I've said, the bible and most ancient documents are coded. We're not meant to be understood by everyone.

If you want to get closer to god or become more spiritual you have to go to the lowest points of humanity. Thats why mental illness and degeneracy is rampant in these fruitful societies like America and the uk and China. But when you go to poorer countries the people are a lot happier, they treat you very well and their communities are a lot more tight knit.
