Hell yeah. I've been fighting since I was in single digits. By the time I was 18 I joined a Black construction coalition in Harlem. Back then every day was Fight Club.

I'm kind of building a thesis based off posts.....

Is violence towards men looked and felt different then toward animals and women?

Extinct
  • Had a abusive relationship with my stepfather (to this very day, the moment I see his name in the obituary I'm throwing a party on the Coli :wow: )
  • Got jumped by some random kids on my way home from middle school
  • Worked for securitas and seen some shyt from drug addicts claiming that they're Jesus Christ and needed to go back to Mars, to corpses from morgues
  • Almost was caught in a crossfire involving my old neighbors years ago
  • Seen somebody got jumped out of their fukking shoes
  • Somebody got killed in their car down the street from my grandparents house
  • Seen my old co workers got into a fight with a tranny
  • Got robbed
  • Seen a lady on her bike get hit by a car (she was alright though)
  • Witness a car accident that was near a McDonalds
  • One of our close friends in the shelter died in her dorm after her and this crazy lady that just got out of jail argued all night long over some nonsense
  • Seen somebody try to kill themselves while we were at the beach (this lady smiled at my family and I, and just tried to drown. Thankfully, she realized that she needs to give life another go)
  • Seen my mother's suicide letters and scars on her arm
  • Seen my mother and stepfather fight because of my stepfather cheating on my mother
  • My mother one time threw me on the floor and shook me because I didn't eat the food that I accidentally dropped on the floor
  • Seen my wife get involved in two car accidents (one in Savannah when our son was a baby, and most recently near our complex because her co worker was speeding and didn't pay attention to my wife turning into the lane)
Helluva life I tell ya....and that's just the half of what I have been through :francis:

If someone died do you think it would have made a difference? not trying 2 be funny,......
For sure it would have, I don’t condone or enjoy violence obviously but I’m glad I’ve never seen something as bad as a stabbing or attempted murder / murder .

Outside of school sports like wrestling. Been jumped alot. Mostly by ppl bigger than me but that's not saying alot since I'm 5'6. I've had ppl flash guns at me. Civilians, thugs and police.

Ironically, only the latter has actually shot at me, when I was around 12 years old. 2x ironically, I've had more people flash guns at me after moving to the burbs than I did in the gutta, going up. More fights too. I was a nerd so ppl thought I was an easy lick until they realize I don't stay down. At my size, fighting isn't about winning.

Lifestyles of a smart mouthed, hoodrat. :blessed:

Got into a quite a few fights in school growing up and of course getting disciplined by my parents but that's the extent of violence directed towards me. Now, whether I witnessed violence is a different story.

Nope. My parents worked really really hard to ensure that I wasn't in a neighborhood that I had to fight anybody for things. Getting jumped was some stuff you'd see on TV on Saturday morning, but never something would happen in real life.

And my social circles from childhood to Young adulthood were with the kind of people who look at you as a weirdo for resorting to violence in disagreements.

Never been a victim of violent crime either. Proud of it.

Yeah, I’ve been in a few fights from elementary school up to my late 20’s. It’s an adrenaline rush and as I got older I started looking for it. It makes you hyper alert of your surroundings.

Haven’t got in a fight in awhile like 2012 long. It’s straight weapons now mfs switch up immediately when they see that stick come out. Changed me in a sense of being more aware of my surroundings seeing if I run into anyone I know from my past, I tell people all the time if you’re not the homie you won’t get a fair one from me. I don’t have anything to prove anymore
