This means you directly........

how did it impact you?

I really didn't and don't care. Nobody cared if I was alive or not, so I didn't either.

nah on the real, I've always had the feeling that I died somewhere. Crashed the box chevy, actually got beat to death or took a bullet that I thought missed... prolly one of those suicide attempts actually didnt fail...... prolly a crazy girlfriend

or my mom

and this reality is just the hell that I thought I'd get. I always thought that you got to hell if you think you should and the punishment you get is what you imagine it should be.

And here I am until I die out.

But why would I make me dying/getting killed easy for anybody else.... when it wasn't for me? :mjlol:

- Jumped my sister’s bf at the time for stealing my games…he was a known thief and my sister was in full Hoodrat trying to sneak him into our house. Beat him with a teeball bat with my two neighbors. Years later the thief ended up getting shot in his back for stealing and becoming paralyzed.

- Had this real short dude in high school try me by flicking my ear with a rubber band or something. While he was giggling about it with some other ppl, I ran up to him and shoved him from his desk into the wall. I was the “class nerd” so everyone was totally shocked I pressed ole boy. We actually became friends after. He died a year later from a car accident.

- Had a fraternity member swing on me while he was as drunk.. he was so sloppy that he missed and fell. I held him down and told my other frat members to take him home. They were like :hubie:“That’s between yall”. So I beat ole boys ass and then cursed out my frat brothers that was observing there for not acting like “real brothers.” and stopping it. They were like I won so it’s not a big deal. Later, dude gets in a fight again with a local and the local beats the S*** out of him. Like put him in the hospital for 2+ weeks. THEN those same frat brothers started talking about we need to get him some help. :childplease:

- Got into at least 3 fight with perps of my frat; always in the club, always perping to try to impress brehettes.

- Had a YN try to rob me for my gym bag around Naylor Road SE. When he reached for bag, I cocked back and swung with all my might. I knocked ole boy down and I took off running. To this day, I actually regret not hitting ole boy some more.

I had a very violent upbringing in central Louisiana. Just a violent family amd neighborhood. My dad told me when he was little, on his bday he ran to my grandpa telling him its his birthday, my grandpa punched him in the chest and knocked him back out the door. We was rough. Parents fought, uncles and aunt fought. Fought my brothers, cousins, neighbors. At school, on the church van, just all the time. Use to see my neighbor beat the shyt out of his gf. Clothedlined her over our fence, into our yard. We use to just punch people in the face for nothing. I've had over 60 fights in my life.

I thought this was normal until moved to Virginia. My 1st girlfriend told me she never had a fight and lived in the same house all her life. Never met someone like that.

Not directly. Never got into a real fight. I left CAR as a teen because of a military mutiny/coup d'état so I heard gunshots, heavy artillery etc for a couple weeks, but only saw the aftermath, not the actual fighting nor bodies. Once I was in a party in north of France and a brawl happened and I guy got stabbed to death, but I didn't see it. Oh yeah once I was in the subway in Paris coming back from a party in the morning and some random dudes picked a fight with a friend of mine and all hell broke loose, blood was drawn but it wasn't that serious, which is kind of fortunate cause they had bottles and whatnot. Other than that these past years all I've seen is basically police attacking people at demonstrations.

Unfortunately yes and most of it was when i was a kid interacting with other kids and even a few adults who would even encourage their kids or even for us to get violent on each other. Basically, i got bullied when i was socializing with others and never really "fit in". So it did impact me and how I saw and still see people. Luckily, ive been going to therapy over the years to undo the mental damage from that amongst other things. My household wasnt abusive/violent or any of that either. Hell, i remember one time when I was 5 trying to joke around with my then neighbor with one of my ragdolls and her boyfriend followed me to my home on his bike and pulled a knife out on me. :damn:got stabbed in my hand with a pencil by another kid who was bullying me around the same time. Still have the pencil point in the middle of my right hand because the point broke when I removed it from my hand. Basically, at some point before I became a teen because it got to the point where i was getting into physical fights with so called "friends", my mom was like youre staying inside basically to keep me out of trouble and gave me video games as an alternative. :yeshrug: all that intervention SAVED me in the long run though.

I despise adults who set fights up with children like they're animals. Its disturbing.

Haven’t got in a fight in awhile like 2012 long. It’s straight weapons now mfs switch up immediately when they see that stick come out. Changed me in a sense of being more aware of my surroundings seeing if I run into anyone I know from my past, I tell people all the time if you’re not the homie you won’t get a fair one from me. I don’t have anything to prove anymore

Yea that whole fair one thing is crazy....so many people are killed from fighting with no gunplay involved.

Yep, funny because back in the day, some drug dealers that were my neighbors at a point of time tried to pay my brother, one of my childhood friends and me to fight each other for some laughs and my mom happened to come around, saw what happened because we started scuffling and she snatched us up and took our asses inside. Keeping it 100, staying inside back then saved a lot of lives in the 90s.

I typically stay away from confrontation, most violence I've been involved in was fighting random cacs after school courtesy of my older cousins.

Fought a couple of dudes around the neighborhood, one made me tap out the other knocked me out :yeshrug:

Fighting drunk cacs at bars, fighting out of town dudes stunting in the neighborhood...most of these events happens in my teens and early/mid 20's.

had a gun pulled on me from a moving many years ago while I was talking to a broad outside at night. but I dipped off and hid under a porch.

3 dudes opened fire on me in my garage where we had a quick gunfight leaving me shot twice back in dec 2020. somehow I wasn't killed cuz I later found another bullet hole and bullet lodged in the hood of my coat.

broke both my tibia and fibula at my ankle and my humerous right above my elbow leaving me with permanent nerve damage in my left hand. it's not bad, it's just a numb spot on my left thumb, but I can type and use my hands just fine.
