You ever feel fat when sitting down?!

Like I can feel my rolls and shyt now....it's digusting!! I want this shyt off of my body asap. I'm only 170 man, I should be cut like I used to be. My metabolism is definitely slowing down. I gotta get this shyt off of me!!!!

Ive had 2 surgeries on my knee in the last year...have had to do so much fukking sitting its not even funny


and yes to answer ure question, I do feel fat when i sit down...and I still cant run, so its gonna be hard as shyt to get where I want to be. Just took up swimming a month ago...we'll see if that works
