i dont know how to fix it. the whole reason i have a record and my life is fukked is because i failed my community college interview cus i couldnt sell myself to him or something. benzos and alcohol are the only way to fix it for me. it feels like shyt not to be able to speak to someone. my family hate me because they just think im a piece of shyt but i just cant speak to them like i used to be aboe to since i got social anxiety.

Maybe not the exact scenerio but the outcomes of situations when you have anxitety/ substance abuse problems a the same across the board.. (people don't want to fukk with you, missed job promotions, girlfriend problem, living in fear etc etc)

Anyways, one thing I learned for sure.. and I kinda learned it too late, is that all of your problems ARE IN YOUR HEAD, and can be fixed

I know its hard to believe.. I know you think beer and benzos are helping.. but that apart of what addiction is, which is fooling you into thinking one think, when its actually another .. And trust me.. Benzo have a REALLY REALLY good way of fooling your mind.

How you got started is partially your fault and part problem it is American societies fault as to why everyone thinks that they need a pill to feel good.

Any ways I could go on forever.. but I can pm you later today or tomorrow with some helpful tips. Explain, what I went through.. and the things that helped me out along the way.

i thought its in my head because only drugs that work on the gaba receptors actually work for my social anxiety and benzos and alcohol are the only drugs i know and can get that work on the gaba receptors in the brain. i smoke weed to help with the depression but i know that doesnt help my social anxiety. im pretty sure its a chemical deficiency thats why i can only be myself when under the influence of these drugs.

i was a high school dropout who used to get kicked out of class regularly. i was the cool kid its how i got all my drug connects now. i didnt have social anxiety in school.

im now an amateur boxer in the best shape of my life. ive had 11 fights won 8. no matter what happens in my life the social anxiety is still there. even when ive been working and making money it was still there. i know because it literally halpened overnight. 1 day i was myself the next day i had this crippling social anxiety and i just thought it would go away. its been like 4 years since then.

i disagree. if you do the research on benzos and alcohol and why they work so well for social anxiety its because they bind to the gaba receptors. no other drugs do that. i love weed and it makes me feel great but i cant smoke it and have my social anxiety be gone its still there in full effect.

look up the symptoms for low gaba production in the brain and tell me that isnt social anxiety.

I'm not saying you need it, I am just saying the anxiety is real. If you got a high iq your gonna be stressing about more things than a small brain dude. Benzos will physically calm your ass down, my anxiety is manageable without benzos, but I could easily see people with way worse anxiety than me that need em daily. America isn't like other countries cuz its ultra competitive, so people stress alot more since there is a societal value placed on being successful. Two types of people are happy in America. Stupid people/delusional people these are all the ugly dudes that think they are attractive,stupid dudes that think they are smart, all the idiots are happy. The other type is the actually financially successful people, everyone else in between is going to be stressing heavy and its a part of American society to punish you for not doing what others are achieving.
