i disagree. if you do the research on benzos and alcohol and why they work so well for social anxiety its because they bind to the gaba receptors. no other drugs do that. i love weed and it makes me feel great but i cant smoke it and have my social anxiety be gone its still there in full effect.

look up the symptoms for low gaba production in the brain and tell me that isnt social anxiety.

But my point is that there are ways to make your body and mind act the way that you want it to act, without having to taken such a powerful pill... (benzos are no joke)

i was a high school dropout who used to get kicked out of class regularly. i was the cool kid its how i got all my drug connects now. i didnt have social anxiety in school.

im now an amateur boxer in the best shape of my life. ive had 11 fights won 8. no matter what happens in my life the social anxiety is still there. even when ive been working and making money it was still there. i know because it literally halpened overnight. 1 day i was myself the next day i had this crippling social anxiety and i just thought it would go away. its been like 4 years since then.

Maybe you just didn't adapt to not being popular and thats the cause of your anxiety. I believe that shyt is bad genes honestly, If benzos help you live your life I am not going to tell you not to take them because people without anxiety will never understand. Anxiety is worse than depression IMO.

its not that i want to be using benzos for the rest of my life but desperate needs call for desperate measures. how can you expect me to make any changes when im literally starving. stealing food to eat. my plan was to use these benzos to help me get a job. that didnt work and yesterday i took to much of my benzo and i couldnt do shyt. my brain was foggy couldnt concentrate on anything. could barley stay awake and i woke up this morning still under the effects. so i had to go back to sleep and ended up sleeping tilll 2pm. didnt get a job and now im low as hell on this comedown.

im from england. its hard enough for normal people to get a job here and ive got 3 strikes against me. i got a record. no education and social anxiety. its the unemployed trifecta. at least with benzos i could go into temp agencies and try to get work. but i failed the piss test. i honestly have no idea what to do. i know what i want to do to improve my anxiety but i cant physically get any money. im not the type of nikka to kill himself im the type of nikka to rob a bank out of desperation.
