Very difficult question, because here in America when you factor in history and the dynamics that the past plays in today's society you would have to be at least very cautious before committing. Hell American culture in general makes it hard to really commit bc of our weak foundation regardless if the person never dated out.
Going back to the question, I suppose the the most simple test is to figure out whether they were raised in a white neighborhood and that was all that was available or if they actively seek to date white. The latter easily diswualifies them. The former would require more investigation of their mindset amd psyche. Are they comfortable speaking on privilege or injustice? Are they knowledgeable about the history of black people, and further have internalized some of the beefs? Are they easily embarrassed when their black friends mingle with their white friends?
Idk bc everyone is different, but as I said interracial dating becomes infinitely complex because of the lingering cloud of history that was never resolved. So it can't just be that you like someone bc society has something to say about it and it has warped people's minds. And this is inescapable here in America.
