I wanna lose weight...couple years ago I lost 15lbs off no beer. Haven't been drinking during the week but binge a bit on the weekend. Trying to stop that. Playing some basketball too again.

for me it's being going fairly well but then again i'm in a drug and alcohol treatment center. think i'm the only one who's even here just for drinking
