Create top tier forum and lower tier forum, would work like premier league soccer. Every month we would purge all the dumbass, trolls and other sus posters from top tier and banish them to low tier until they reform. Also there would be a challenge section where posters could choose other posters to challenge opinions/differences/expose with the loser getting banned for 1 month. The loser would be determined by vote. There would be a mercy section for posters who get exposed. They could ask for mercy and the masses would vote to spare them or finish them. Finish them would be a 6 month ban with no guarantee of reinstatement.
