My homie started buying chicken from a local farm, maybe 30 minutes away from his house. Chicken was a lot smaller and has more flavor...it's own flavor. I don't eat chicken enough to go that far (mostly fish plus beef) but you might be able to find a local spot with 100% natural yardbird.

I remember being in elementary & middle school and how the Church's chicken breasts seemed to be like 50% bigger overnight. Even now, breasts the size of an NFL lineman arm or some shyt

I saw this video where they have conveyor belts full of baby chicks being funneled into a grinder just to destroy the overpopulation of them. Pretty disturbing, but I still eat yard bird
