my nikka we got presidential candidates doing hip hop dance moves in order to gain the black vote. Hip hop was niche back then but now everybody fukks wit it. J.Cole, Kendrick are superstars too . The candidate wit the most grammy nominations this year is a hip hop artist (even tho the grammys dont really mean shyt). Its dope to see our genre get a big look on a national scale. I cant wait to see white tears when Kendrick wins
