You OvoHoes and other morons actually thought Drake signed a 400 million dollar contract without it being 360

He's not selling like he did prior to the battle. The 2 singles he released did not go #1. He usually does that right?
Not really, no. “usually…” no. Drake has a lot of billboard entries, thats it.

Yall just make insane arguments.

“OMG song didn’t go #1”…ok? And? Good god, did Tyler the Creator or something? :dahell: What is the argument here?

OK, let’s say he never does again… so? Thats a music quality issue.

OK. Thats a different argument and irrelevant to this thread topic. You have to understand this. This isn’t a “drake crisis strategy development” thread.

This is a “What is Drake’s actual contract per year” thread.
I outlined to you how they are connected in a previous post. Please reread the thread.

You don't own the majority of your masters and publishing. Over time the payouts for both would have exceed the immediate $400 million.

You never know when the public will turn...
Hundred of millions invested in stocks & bonds is a viable option.

You can pay back the advance over years from your work and you never have to pay it back in cash...and labels don't charge interest to counter inflation to my knowledge (that's a great ass loan). Label takes the risk you want enough success to pay it back fast so you get full royalties as quickly as possible.

And besides.... Universal Monte Carlo prediction models probably included if he quit after her took the $400milly that Universal could get it back based off back catalog alone.

What does, ". . . having more slaps than the Beatles." mean? Just charting or going #1?
He takes pride in his singles going #1 not just charting.
No, it's a popularity issue. He's a pop artist.

Ask him. You seem to be comfortable extrapolating benign statements. The Beatles never had the most #1’s, so why would you include that in your statement?
