Most y’all not built for the city to be honest. Just pick the suburbs. Also, you got city and you got city city. Like the middle of the city. It’s levels
Don't forget on top of the city.

It's been a progression for me personally, my first crib was in Pacific Beach in S.D., which is also only 5 minutes from downtown by car. Then we needed a bigger place and moved to the middle of the city, in which everything was accessible within 10-15 minutes. Then here come marriage, dogs, cars, a baby, so we bought in 2011 right before the prices started creeping back up. The city was nice especially in your 20s early-30s but when adult time really come you're gonna wanna get away from a lot of shyt. We moved to the hills of San Diego County and shyt been sweet for going on 11 yrs. Got in for 200k, house is now worth over 700k and climbing.

Burbs by a lightyear
Too much nikka shyt downtown.
Can't forget the United Nations of meth heads at every single corner and posted in front of every store begging for money. That shyts annoying as fukk. Oh yeah the homeless setting up shop everywhere like this is homeless village or some shyt.

Burbs peaceful and quiet. No dirt bikes riding through all hours of the night. shyts clean. Dope ass parks to kick it at. Not worried about jackets or random shootouts popping off.
All the stores I need are all located conveniently. Don't gotta worry bout getting hit by uninsured drivers 24/7. No bullshyt ass street parking. Paying just to park for 5 minutes. All the good gyms are there.

The city...

I don't wanna grow up sheltered/bubbled from the world like many Coli bruhs on here grew up to be not knowing basic shyt like how the true realities of life really is for the average person until they've reached their mid-30s :mjpls::sas2:

Living in a city (big or midsize) is better than growing up isolated in the burbs/country IMO there's a lot of life experiences to be learned in a city.

I feel like growing up in a city you're gonna learn or maybe even experience some of these things yourself as the economical hardships, social issues, etc, etc.

A lot of different perspectives that shape you as a person in terms of character. It's made me who I am...a man with wisdom, humility and such.

Lived in Brooklyn (and Queens for the last 2 years) my whole life and just moved less than a week ago to northern Jersey.

2 acres of land for my dogs to run around on and little girl to play? Not having neighbors on top of you blasting music or arguing? Backyard looks like a damn forest to be one with nature?

shyts 90 minutes to the city on a bad day and within walking distance of a city center area with everything we need.

Small sample size but I think I'm going with suburbs/rural/country.
