Close access to the subway system is invaluable, I did suburbs to get more sq FTQ but my lifestyle suffered, shyt so spread out, stuck in traffic half the day, tolls, shyt shut down MAD EARLY, far less options food, culture, entertainment wise.

rather live in the burbs of tucson but rather live in the city in chicago

id have to say a really nice neighborhood is probably the best though

Problems with city life is that it's harder to own assets to pass down to your kids. Plus I love driving around.

it depends if your city is 48 square miles like San Fran and Boston or hundreds like Houston or Phoenix


imo the only real non sprawled cities in this country go like this no order

Chicago
Boston
San Francisco
Philadelphia
DC
Baltimore(so much potential)
