Floyd doesn't have any authority to demand anything, especially with no proof or evidence of what they were insinuating.. OSDTing isn't just a simple little drug test..They can test you at any point in time as many times as they want.. Imagine being in the middle of intense training two weeks away from a major fight just to be interrupted for the USDA to stick a needle in your arm and draw blood...
