lets say the person didnt steal the $100...lets say the person walked up to the register and asked for $100 and the cashier gave it to them...the person then puts $60 worth of shyt on the counter and the cashier takes back the $100 and gives $40 in change...does the store lose money?...if yes how much?

I would've took my money back as well as my supplies from the thief.

If the thief has any other source of money on them that's not coming from me then I'm taking that too.:yeshrug:

Sure it's a scam, but you're double counting.

If Joey took $50 from a McDonalds register and then bought $50 worth of food, McDonalds is not out $100.

McDonalds lost $50. The cash exchanged for food was a fair transaction.

But McDonald's losses that 50 cuz it's not a fair exhange. They're getting money that's already theirs.

It is a mystery
