"Puff" piece...what the hell does "6 hours of electricity" mean? Electricity isn't measured in hours. It takes a very different amount of energy to power a light bulb for 6 hours than a chiller.
Sounds like a nice science project for them, but I wouldn't worry about the white man stealing it or expect to be pissing into generators in your lifetime.

That's a terrible analogy because the microwave takes energy and probably would take more energy to charge the AA batteries than the AA batteries would expend.
These girls turned waste (something that was thrown away from every living thing on the planet) into reusable energy...of course it takes energy to create the urine, but because every living thing (excluding plants and shyt) already expends that energy just to 'piss' the urine away...why not use that piss as energy. Even if it does nothing but keep the lights on at night.
That's like someone saying that instead of throwing your trash away every week, you can recycle it and create something that you would normally pay for.

I'm kinda skeptical of any sentence containing the words "white guy" and "invented", its kinda like saying "the known thief earned that money"
I don't claim to know much about this particular issue, but you can never run out of urine. Seems like an idea worth stealing credit for. And history has unfortunately proven that 'certain people' are inclined to steal credit from other 'certain people'. That's the point of those posts, and it seems valid from my perspective unless there's something I'm missing.
