Huge demand means they can be picky and superficial. Pedigree (reputation of schools and employer) becomes more important than whether or not you can just do the job.

Tech seems to be more egalitarian. If you have the skills and you can present that skill base in the way that they want, you can get in.

yes its was a big thread on here a couple months back dude graduated from Southern University Law Center and he made a harmless IG post bragging about he was the prize when he graduated and BW on social media was tearing him down for weeks there was even some so called "i got a phd/masters/doctorate" types talking about they are gonna contact southern to strip him of his degree.

When the incident 1st happened i was reading the comments heavy a good amount of the women on his comment section i saw for that post was saying that. When i checked they profile most of had the usually Masters/PhD/Graduate IG Bio hashtags you see nowadays

I think most of them are domestic relations court judges - they're elected like state court judges.

It is easier to get in, if you're a well-known attorney in a locality and the person you're running up against isn't incredibly popular.
