It’s not uncommon. A lot of legal jobs suck and job hopping is a pretty regular occurrence, especially in the early years. Roughly every 2ish, with the occasional under 1-year stint doesn’t set off alarm bells.

His resume is confusing, because it almost looks like he was working at his dad’s firm the entire time he had the other jobs, which is generally impossible in most cases. It’s also a little padded with inconsequential stuff. In terms of what’s on that paper, he hasn’t done much for a 5th year attorney that’s practiced in litigation heavy areas.
