I think it's kinda over for the Trap Legends (Jeezy, Gucci, TI) at least as far a dropping an impactful album goes

all albums come and go today. I've never been a jeezy fan cuz he's wack as hell to me, but every album comes and go because kids don't buy music. When you bought a tape or cd back in teh day with your hard earned money or allowance, you were invested in it and you listened to it every day all day because your favorite artists didn't always drop an album every 6 months or every year. And there was no internet to download every album you wanted. So add in that damn near everyone has a home studio and can make their own albums for cheap, you get hundreds of hip hop albums a year and this is the social media era in which you got to keep up with what everyone else is listening to not to feel left out.
