i dont think its an issue of pushing thug into the mainstream over migos for some coli conspiracy agenda, i just think 300 struggles to break their artists, and its weird, cuz they struggle with artists that dont really need much extra help. i feel like if migos and thugger were fully independent theyd be bigger cuz theyd just be dropping fire whenever they wanted
even with one of their bands they have on 300, highly suspect, them dudes should be way bigger, even with the grammy nominations they got. but they dont seem to be popping like they should.
300 seems like its trying to fit a new generation of artists into the old mold of business, and its just not working, across the board, but i dunno, im an armchair a&r
difference is for whatever reason Im always seeing Lyor working with Thug, aaaalll at his interviews, breaking down youtube views and statistics with Thug and his people, everytime i see sumthing with Lyor he talkin about Young Thug....Its possible he does all this with Migos too and its just not documented, but i doubt it....wheres his belief in the genius of Migos
? Im not seeing it,i dont think them following the old model its them following the new model that fails to turn 99% of these nikkas into stars....youtube views and demographics Lyor?really

"....who cares, taking the streets and black folks by storm is what allows you to crossover and be a true superstar....the game today wants to skip that step, and im glad to watch them fail miserably at it
Thug at 16k sounds like the better investment. At anytime they can officially copyright/monetize his other free materiel and sue Youtube/Soundcloud for the back money.
