Too many variables with Thug, shyt he might lock-in with Guwop and change his mind and make another album. I honestly think that's his biggest problem, he makes so much music I think he forgets about the songs he has and his projects are just an amalgamation of what he's feeling at the time and if the label didn't give him hard deadlines that would change too (i.e. I'm Up). Thug always gonna have that fire but it's all about timing and selection, might need Birdman handle the Exec. Prod. on the album.

I would imagine they are mostly late teens early 20's.

Im not sure how I feel about this.
I can see why people like it...
...but most of it just isnt good to me.

anyway...

He is probably the best of this current generation in terms of what the trending style is. So I respect him for that.
He has interesting flows, and what not...but a lot of it starts to sound the same to me.
and lyrically its lacking.

Ill still bump some of this shyt in the gym though

I actually work with teens so I'll admit I got put onto him by the youth-dem... I was very at first... His look, the tone of his voice.. Just knew he was some trash ass young fly by night artist


And then I sat down in the late summer/early fall of 2014 and played Rich Gang Tour part 1....


I was blown away by what I heard..

The flows

The incatracies

The production

His harmonazations and pronunciations of words

It's refreshing.. The only other young artist that excited me that much was K.Dot.. K dot is more of a traditional MC though..
