but alot of dancehall/caribbean artist do some very creative/interesting things just with their voices alone where they are behind is behind the boards and production
but yeah thug is pretty much an alien in comparison to others acts in his "genre" he's outside the box yeah

He has a really good flow and melody about him...better than Vybz.... but I think Thug has that AND cadences, plus rap is aggressive urban music whereas Alkaline seems to be an RnB artist content wise.

it's not just a theory, that was the plan originally stated by Thug himself.
I'm Up became a second project when he came up with that title, it was all originally SS3.

i think he was totally deserving of the hype when he dropped b6 followed by ss1(stellar) but he's starting to lose me. there r now only glimmer's of that greatness.
