These things happen. Why are some of you upset that this usual is being addressed? I believe most men are not like this, but the ones that are need to know that their behavior is unacceptable.

4 reasons this upsets me

- this will be used by law enforcement to target black men wholesale, regardless if they were "street harassing" or not.

- most of these nikkas come from single parent homes raised by a black mother. im sick of black women procreating with bums, creating the enemy, raising and nurturing the enemy, then in 20 yrs, bytching that the enemy exist and has caused her harm.

- the reason why these dusty nikkas street harass in the first place is because they've been successful at it. not blaming the women, but if you do that shyt to enough of them, eventually one will bite -- its all a numbers game to these dudes.

- BW will never complain that a WM is "street harassing" them. they'll eat that shyt up like a compliment and be full for weeks

Apparently you aren't a woman so you may not understand but walking up the street and being sexualized by a group of men is frightening and it leaves you with a disgusting feeling

I've had men remove headphone from my ears so I can listen to them "flirt" with me those types of men deserve to be criminalized the men who curse women for not being interested deserve to feel as low as they are and if all it takes is an "are you ok sis" to do so they knew they were in the wrong in the first place

No one is calling for law enforcement to intervene but if one woman wants to help another since men apparently think it's no big deal I don't see the issue
:what:the fukk is wrong with you

What are some experiences that you've had that you wish you could have called the police for?

I had a man on a train take my train ticket from the conductors hand to see what stop I was getting off at follow me through several train cars as I tried to escape him get off at the same stop as men and follow me to my mothers car no words he was white

If he was going to his car I would've gotten his license info and called the police but he walked off somewhere and we couldn't find him

Here you are oversimplifying the issue...

On to your other point, can you explain what systematic racism has to do with individual accountability please?... That may help me bridge the gap with where you are coming from...

I have no idea what the black feminist are doing so I can't speak for them, but from my standpoint, setting a higher behavioral standard is never a bad thing.

Systematic racism does far more damage as a whole compared to black men trying to holla at black females on the street

what the fukk is wrong with men who harass women on the street

why is it that the women who are being put in uncomfortable situations are the bad guys to you nikkas? sexual harassment is a crime if you behave like a criminal you should be treated as such

Saying hello is not harassment. If you don't like it just tell them to fukk off, don't make it some unspoken law not to socialize with someone else.

You apparently put way more focus into feminism than I do, really don't give a fukk about it

street harassment happens to all women by all men this isn't a race issue until black men make it one

Also I didn't see these women mention anything that is mentioned in the article you posted I don't think that the law should be involved unless the man gets pushy but I do think that people should defend women who are obviously uncomfortable by the situation

If you wanna be mad be mad at the white women who are trying to fine nikkas for the shyt not the black women who are saying that we need to defend each other

These white feminists (possibly government funded) basically targeted black woman as a way to criminalize black guys threw this hollaback streetharassment movement. Maybe this is here way of getting the law passed in general or she is specifically targeting black men, I dunno. Either way I know it will target BM at the end and black feminist being pawns as usual
