NO ONE condones harassment...but you can't create laws based on shyt like that.

This isn't Saudi Arabia man.

Speaking out about it is enough and does enough to create social pressure to prevent harassment.

I agree. But getting more law enforcement involved through specific street harassment laws is not the way to go. For solutions to the problem, it is impossible to stop street harassment. Just like it is impossible to stop bullying in schools.
