Those guys aren't even alphas if you're gonna follow this type of heiarchy. Jon has to answer to Dana, while Dana has to answer to the Fertitta Bros.(Zuffa). They're all a part of the same social structure, the UFC. Fighters are like the worker ants that keep the nest fed.

Dana is business partners with the fertita brothers they all answer to the athletic commission but not for much besides Jon Jones is the alpha of all fighters he's got a huge buzz around him even now that he's away everyone in the mma world talking about him stalking his instagram and twitter posts calling him the possible greatest mma fighter anticipating his return they all want to know what he has to say he's becoming a legend really fast man I swear like a decade from now they're going to make Jon Jones the movie lol, in the case of some fighters though like McGregor who's making a huge impact on the UFC, it won't be long before he's making demands to Dana and Fertitas about his pay how many times a year he wants to fight and whatever the else. I heard dude got paid 5 million for the Chad Mendes fight in the combination of purse, sponsorships, gate and ppv points, dude is kicking ass and making bank. It's gonna be an interesting journey for that man for sure. But I think fighters are alpha's the big names at least. Rampage was that for a few years but he lost to too many people wasn't as technical or very respected as a fighter do to his lack of ground and submission skills. Those big named guys who are making bank and head lines world wide though, it's hard to deny that those guys are alpha in their own right.
