It's not as strong as the regular brand of beer is.

Edit - i'll let Wiki explain it better than I can...

Low-point beer, which is often known in America as "three-two beer" or "3 point 2 brew", is beer that contains 3.2% alcohol by weight (equivalent to 4% ABV).

The term "low-point beer" is unique to the United States, where some states limit the sale of beer, but beers of this type are also available in countries (such as Sweden and Finland) that tax or otherwise regulate beer according to its alcohol content. In Sweden, beer containing up to 3.5% ABV (called Folköl or "Peoples Beer") may be legally sold in any convenience store to people over 18 years of age, whereas stronger beer may only be sold in state-run liquor stores to people older than 20. In addition, businesses selling food for on-premises consumption do not need an alcohol license to serve 3.5% beer. Virtually all major Swedish brewers, and several international ones, in addition to their full-strength beer, make 3.5% folköl versions as well.

The states of Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Utah permit general establishments such as supermarket chains and convenience stores to sell only low-point beer.[7][8][9][10][11] In these states, all alcoholic beverages containing more than 3.2% alcohol by weight (ABW) must be sold from state-licensed liquor stores. Oklahoma additionally requires that any beverage containing more than 3.2% ABW must be sold at normal room temperature.[12]

Missouri also has a legal classification for low-point beer, which it calls "nonintoxicating beer".[13] Unlike Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Utah, however, Missouri does not limit supermarket chains and convenience stores to selling only low-point beer. Instead, Missouri's alcohol laws permit grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, and even "general merchandise stores" (a term that Missouri law does not define) to sell any alcoholic beverage;[14] consequently, 3.2% beer is rarely sold in Missouri.

:shaq2: All that could have been avoided if you just said 3.2% alcohol beer

-Can't buy alcohol after midnight on Saturday until 12noon on Sunday. (Beer/wine)
-Liquor stores close at 10, federal holidays, and Sundays
-Can't serve more than 2 drinks person
-Clubs are supposed to stop serving liquor at 2am
-You can still be charged with a dwi if you are just sitting in your car drunk regardless if it started up or the vehicle is NOT moving.

Sent from King Koopa's castle via flying Yoshi

Ya'll liquor stores close at 10? Our shyt closes at 9.

I knew a niggga that got a DWI for being sleep in his car.

Virginia has the worst liquor law in the country. Places like Walmart and 711 cant serve beer and wine after midnight

lol thats it?

in PA liquors are sold in state store and at higher prices than other states

the stores are staffed by union workers so no holidays and they open late and close early

only a few stores in the state are open on Sundays

beers can only be bought in bars or beer distributors(or restaurant), you can only buy cases 12 and up in the distributor, no 40 ounces or such and you can only buy 6 beers for takeout at the bar(yes we take out at the bar since the distributors close at night)

no alcohol sold after 3am unless its a "private" club

of course in the hood a lot of the rules are bent but still
