Do share, please.

Went from a low incline with a neutral back to a 45 degree with an arched back. Gives my scapulas some wiggle room while still keeping them down an back enough to emphasize pecs.

I'm workin around a pre-existing injury tho :manny:

Favorite: heavy shrugs, rack pulls and deads

Least favorite: squats and Olympic lifts cause they are hard and I suck at them :to:

This.

Are you still doing PHAT? I'm starting to think maybe hitting legs 2x a week isn't that great to get your squat #s up.

I did a PHAT workout for about a month.... Saw huge strength improvements and then went back to my old workout with a few alterations... Whenever I hit a plateau and get stagnated in my gains I'm gonna go back to it....
