they aren't getting demonetized without explanation, they get demonetized due to a change in the TOS or reaction to various regulations/market reactions. they are trying to say they should have a stake in the decision making that goes into these changes, they absolutely shouldn't.
the TOS and rules are transparent, again, they seem to have an issue with the fact the rules change, that's fukking business. if it seemed like they want a week's notice, i'd be down for that, but per the quoted line, they want to be consulted about changes...

no business is consulting millions of people about their business, making these decisions is hard enough with the 10-40 internal employees involved. i wish them the best, but they have no power here and their ask doesn't seem reasonable to me
