The following changes are immediate:

• Every championship is defended at every big 4 PPV. If you don't have a title, you will likely not make the ppv. This makes titles literally worth more since wrestlers want that ppv payday in and out of kayfabe.
• 205 live is a recorded show and takes place before raw. It airs on Wednesdays. NXT is on thursday.
• Cruiserweight title is restyled....that shyt is ugly.
• Cruiserweights can fight heavys and fight for ic and us titles
• The UK is rebranded the european title and is defended only on international tours by main roster and/or in the uk wwe fed (as in, if say in august we are going overseas, i might have the current uk champ drop the belt to a main roster heel, and have them win it back in front of the home crowd...like nakamura in japan last year)
• The WWE and Universal title are only defended at PPVs, unless the champion chooses to do so (so you can have some element of surprise if a heel is goaded into a title defense)
• New rule: the US title and IC titles can be cashed in for a wwe and universal title defense; it cant be instantly cashed for a title defense but you can become the #1 contender by surendering it.

OBJECTIVE 1: Raise TV ratings

A.) RAW MOVES TO 2 HOURS
The extra hour is killing the show and interest, there is no reason it needs to be 3 hours and if I have control, I'll work with USA to cut back the extra hour.

B.) FIRE THE ENTIRE WRITING STAFF, HIRE RUSSO/CORNETTE/GEWIRTZ
- Comprise a 3-man writing team of Vince Russo, Jim Cornette and Brian Gewirtz. Get 3 of the best minds in the business together, regardless of their differences, to book the shows. Their sole task is to create COMPELLING CHARACTERS AND STORIES. Who is Seth Rollins? Why is Owens a prizefighter? Get people invested in these characters.

B.) WOMEN'S DIVISION GOES BACK TO ATTITUDE ERA STYLE
No more women's wrestling being treated as equal to men's wrestling. Nobody is trying to see that bullshyt. You wanna see Sasha and Alexa put on a wrestling "clinic" for a half hour, or do you wanna see them do 10 mins bra and panties match? I think the majority of people are going for the latter.

C.) REMOVE STEROIDS FROM THE WELLNESS POLICY
- We need wrestlers who look like larger than life superstars, not taxi drivers. Steroid/HGH use is not recommended, but it is also not frowned upon. We need REAL SUPERSTARS.

D.) SOCIAL MEDIA BLACKOUT
Kayfabe is re-instituted immediately. All superstars are barred from using social media out of character. If you're going to have an out of character account, it must be private and it must be pre-approved by the office.

OBJECTIVE 2: Reshuffle NXT to secure the future of the company

A.) PUT PAUL HEYMAN/JIM ROSS IN CHARGE
Triple H is fired. He has no fukkin clue what to look for in a future superstar, as evidence by what is going on in NXT right now with the influx of vanilla indy dweebs. Heyman gets full control over developmental operations.

B.) TOP PRIORITY: PROMOS AND CHARACTER
This is where Heyman will come in handy, to craft a character and gimmick for these guys. I swear to God all they teach on NXT right now is a fukkin entrance. They give a dude a dope entrance and think he's ready for the main roster. Hell nah, keep these dudes down there until they have a character and can cut a fukking promo. Stop going after these bland Indy dudes who are never going to make a dent in the WWE. More Enzo's and less Roderick Strong's. We need character, attitude and charisma.

C.) SCOUTING AMATEUR ATHLETES
With JR back in charge, an even larger emphasis will be placed on amateur athletes and ex-pro athletes. The current plan of simply signing guys off the indies, not changing anything about them, and shuffling them through to the main roster will be abolished.

• Take a shyt in Orton's bag

• Try to get back in the ring

• Give the talent more creative freedom in promos (if they struggle then do what they did with DC Dave and give them bullet points)
• Hire writers who know how to write PG13 tv & get people who know how to write wrestling
• Stop this 50/50 booking nonsense
• Try and enforce and keep this spam finisher/kickout fest to either an end of feud match and title matches.
• Keep Brand split, but have 1 Champion/s for the Tag & Womens divisions across both brands.
• 1 World Champion.
• Put Raw back to 2 hours
• Have Raw Talk (is that still around) & Talking Smack to be 30mins each but on network TV to make up for the lost hour of TV per week, with Raw going back to 2 hours

The company is still making insane profit, so you can only tinker with bits and pieces. At the end of the day your job will be decided on money made, under your watch.

Reigns acts basically the same, but is generally put in feuds with only faces. That's the way to turn him heel. "These fans are idiots, local sports team sucks!" only goes so far nowadays. The fans like those type of guys within a couple months.

HHH comes back as GM. He always gives Roman opportunities and puts him over, but they never collude together on-screen. NEVER. There's never a reveal, HHH just prefers him because he looks like a star or something. Like how smarks think is happening behind the scenes. Roman shrugs these opportunities being granted off, says he's earned them.

Stroman stays heel, stops interacting with Reigns, as they only gets him over as a face. Stroman doesn't lose for the next year, wins the Rumble, faces Brock at Mania, WINS.

Cena and Roman eliminate each other at the Rumble, huge WM program, Roman wins.

Jinder gets a huge push, constantly talks about America being racist, how everyone is entitled to be an American, to disagree is unamerican. If done right he gets 80s heat. Brings in Khali as bodyguard. No goofiness from Khali, only gullyness. Hogan comes back in the Fall. I really screwed up dude, said some really dumb things brother, I hope you guys can forgive me man. Tears, crowd chants for him. They do things with him for a couple weeks that get him pops. Then, Jinder confronts him, calls out his gimmick as racist and jingoistic, the fans as racist for forgiving his comments, etc. Hogan isn't aggressive in his response, Jinder, Bollywood Boys and Khali beat him down brutally, blood and everything, break his legs. He faces AJ Styles at Mania 34, WINS. New top heel in the territory brother, getting that 195 mississippi heat.

AJ moves to Raw. Faces Brock at Summerslam, loses. Brock loses to ROlins at Mania, retires.

Cena, with Hogan's help, beats Jinder, then loses to him in their blowoff match at Summerslam. Cena's traded to Raw for Reigns.

Reigns then feuds with Jinder, with this being the attempt at a face turn that actually works, given how much heat Jinder has at this point. Reigns isn't pandering to the crowd or arguing with Jinder, just defeating someone with a crazy amount of heat. He beats Jinder at Mania 35.

Which is way too long overdue, WWE always targeting certain groups, but they never target the African American groups, it needs to happen. Instead of taking the titles off the The New Day, Sasha, and Swann after the #BlackExcellence pic, they should've capitalized on that.
